WRIGHT, STEPHENSON & CO., LTD., have received instructions from the Trustees in the Estate of the late W. A. BAXTER, to sell by Public Auction, as above:— That Freehold farm containing approx. 638 acres (more or less) being Lot 1 area 370 acres and Lot 2 area 2GB acres with buildings on the former which comprise splendid 7-roomed Brick Residence, all conveniences, garage, huT, wool shed, stable, barn, implement shed, chaffhouse, loose boxes, cowbyre, sheepyards, and dip.
