LODGE MEETING
ORDER OF FORESTERS. At the quarterly meeting of Court Southern, Ancient Order of Foresters, C.R. Bro. Tressler presided. There were three new members initiated into the Order and another two were nominated. The election of officers for the ensuing term resulted: C.R., Bro. Pascoe; S.C.R., Bro. Burtenshaw; C.S., Bro. Bridges; M.S., Bro. R. Smithies; S.W., Bro. C. Jack; J.W., Bro. Armstrong; 5.8., 8r0..A. E. Crimp; J. 8., Bro. JenThere were four members nominated for delegates to the conference and Bros. Bridges and Smith were elected to represent Court Southern at the district meeting next year. The installation of the officers was carried out by the installing masters, C.R. Bro. Palmer and P.C.R. Bro. Macgregor, of Court Star of the South, in the absence of D.C.R. Bro. Eastlake, who was officiating at Court Southern Star, Bluff. . . It was announced that the judging tor the competition would take place next Lodge night, October 1.
