ACCIDENTS & FATALITIES
GORSE CUTTER INJURED. Suffering from an injury to one of the fingers of his left hand sustained when he was cutting a gorse hedge with a slasher, Henry Brookland, a single man, aged 39, of Makarewa, was admitted ,to the Southland Hospital at one o’clock yesterday afternoon. His condition last night was reported to be satisfactory.
