CHEESE FACTORIES
UNIFORMITY IN MONTHLY ADVANCES. (United Press Association.) Palmerston North, September 17. Believing that there is need for uniformity among district cheese factories in the monthly advances to suppliers on the lines of the arrangement under which butter factories work, cheese representatives to-day decided to recommend all the companies to advance a fixed uniform price of a penny a pound more than the advance for butter. On the subject of local market prices the meeting thought that action should be taken by the Government.
