KING EDWARD’S FIRST CHARTER

(Kec, 5.5 p.m.) Rugby, September 16. The Charter of Incorporation presented to the urban district of Surbiton by Lord Ashcombe, Lord-Lieutenant of Surrey, is the first Charter to be granted by King Edward VIII.
