THE LYSNAR CASE
APPEAL TO PRIVY COUNCIL. (United Press Association.) Wellington, August 14. Conditional leave to appeal to the Privy Council was granted by the Court of Appeal to William Douglas Lysnar from the judgment of the Court of Appeal delivered recently in his action against the National Bank of New Zealand, Limited, for damages.
