THIRTEEN REGENTS REPLACED. (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) Paris, August 13. Replacing 13 Regents of the Bank of France, representing 200 stock holders, whose aggregate wealth is £93,000,000, the Government has nominated 20 new Regents, including M. Jouhaux, general secretary of the Confederation of Labour and also representatives of cooperative concerns and artisans, as well as finance, industry, and commerce. The new measure allows old stockholders only two Regents. The actual work of the bank is carried out by a committee of seven, on which the Government has four nominees, including its nominated Governor and two Sub-Governors.
