BOYCOTT OF GERMAN GOODS ADVOCATED. (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) (Rec. 5.5 p.m.) Geneva, August 13. Declaring that the Nazi persecution had reduced the German Jews to the status of pariahs, the Jewish World Congress passed a resolution in favour of a world-wide boycott of German goods. The congress passed a further resolution appealing to all nations to modify their immigration regulations and “give Jews an opportunity for a new life.”
