Staffs Of The Little Entente (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) Bucharest, June 14. In accordance with the arrangements made earlier in *he month, the Chiefs of Staff of the Czechoslovakia and Yugoslav armies, accompanied by the representatives of the principal sections, have arrived to begin a five-days’ conference aiming at the co-ordination of the Little Entente’s defences. The problems being discussed include the unification of armaments and the establishment of new armament works in Rumania and Yugoslavia, which will co-operate with the Czechoslovakian factories. The convocation of the conference is regarded in diplomatic circles as an indication of the seriousness with which the Little Entente views the situation in consequence of the weakening of the League and the breakdown of collective security. ________
