Central Ward Representative: MH WILLIAM BELL. . West Ward Representative: Mil WALTER EXCELL. East Ward Representative: MH STANLEY RICE. 2. That there are four vacancies to be filled, one each for the West, East and Central Wards respectively, and one for the Invercargill Urban Area. 3 That the electors for each Ward and for the Urban Area are the members of the School Committees within such Ward or Urban Area. 4. That the nominations to m 1 tde aforesaid vacancies will be received by me up till 5 o’clock on the afternoon of WEDNESDAY. 24th JUNE, 1936. 5. That the day of election is WEDNESDAY, 15th JULY, 1936. 6. That no person is eligible as a candidate unless he is nominated in writing by at least two electors in the Ward or Urban Area for which he is a candidate, and the Nomination Paper bearing the candidate’s consent m writing is received by me before the nominations close. 7. That the voting list for each Ward and for the Urban Area will be closed at 5 o’clock on the afternoon of WEDNESDAY, 24th JUNE, 1936, and is open for inspection during office hours by any person concerned. 8.
