Passage On Cruiser
(United Press Assn.— Telegraph Copyright.) (Rec. 7.30 p.m.) J la i fa ’j May +v, 3 ’ Haile Selassie left for England on the cruiser Cape Town this afternoon. Before his departure from Jerusalem Haile Selassie, the Empress and their family visited the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, climbed Calvary and prayed for the success of their mission. Haile Selassie then left for England accompanied by the Crown Prince, Princess Tsahai and Ras Kassa. The Cape Town will carry the party to Gibraltar, whence it will probably travel overland. The members will stay at Haile Selassie’s London house in Prince’s Gate, Hyde Park. A later message states that Haile Selassie will change ship at Gibraltar to the liner Corfu.
