GERMANY’S RE-ENTRY FAVOURED. (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) London, November 5. The Paris correspondent of the Manchester Guardian says that the impression persists that England and France are endeavouring to reintroduce Germany into the League. Important delegates at Geneva tentatively discussed the question last week. M. Laval is considering a three-Power AngloFrench and German agreement, the inclusion of Italy—which he. would prei fer—being at the moment impossible.
