RIGHT-HAND SIDE PROPOSAL. MINIMUM ACCIDENTS. (Per United Press Association.) Palmerston North, November 4. With a view to minimizing accidents to pedestrians walking on country roads, the North Island Motor Union to-day d-eided to continue pressing for legislation compelling pedestrians to walk on the right-hand side.
