RESCUE AT SEA
ROCKET APPARATUS USED.

(Rec. 5.5 p.m.) Rugby, November 2. Sixteen members of the crew of the Danish cargo vessel Elizabeth (945 tons) were rescued by a rocket apparatus early to-day off the west coast of Scotland during a fierce storm of wind and rain.
