NEW CRUISER COMMISSIONED.
(United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) Berlin, November 3. On the twenty-first anniversary _of the German cruiser Nurnberg sinking the British cruiser Monmouth at Coronel, the new cruiser Nurnberg of 6000 tons was commissioned.
