CRICKETER’S DEATH
FUNERAL OF H. B. CAMERON. (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) Johannesburg, November 3. Five thousand people attended the military funeral which was accorded H. B. Cameron, who was a member of the South African cricket team that visited England last season. There were 500 wreaths. A salute was fired and bagpipes played a lament. Leading members of all branches of sport attended. Five hundred wreaths included those from General Hertzog, General Smuts, the M.C.C. team in Australia and the Australians en route to South Africa.
