CONSCRIPTION IN GERMANY. (United Press Assn—Telegraph Copyright.) (Rec. 7.30 p.m.) Berlin, November 2. Conscription in Germany came officially into force yesterday. The railway stations were crowded with recruits bom in 1914. The maximum contemplated strength of the standing army is 36 divisions totalling 500,000 soldiers. The quarters of the new barracks are superior to those of pre-war conscription days.
