Neill, Plant Research Station, Palmerston North: fej H “Wilhelmsburger is a green top yellow fleshed swede of good shape, W IM sitting well out of the ground, firm texture and excellent keeping Lys M qualities. Its foliage is less subject to insect attack than most other Hg swedes, and is eaten readily by sheep. It is a good cropper. Its M W special claim to notice, however, is its quality of resistance to clubroot disease. In Denmark, where it originated, in Great Britain, M| Hs Canada and New Zealand, repeated trials show that it possesses Ki this quality in greater measure than any other swede in commerce. m !
