AMERICAN TENOR
AUSTRALIAN TOUR LIKELY. (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) New York, August 15. When questioned regarding reports that he was engaged for a concert tour of Australia, Richard Crooks, the tenor, informed the Australian Associated Press that it was news to him. He said that as far as he knew there had only been a discussion regarding such a tour, but nothing definite had been arranged. However, if his manager had arranged the tour he saw no reason why he should not go.
