SPEED ON LAND
PHOTOGRAPHS OF DASHBOARD. (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) (Rec. 8.10 p.m.) London, August 12. Sir Malcolm Campbell, when he attempts a speed of 300 miles an hour at Utah in September, will take cinema photographs of the dashboard showing the gauges with a view to determining whether the maximum of engine efficiency has been achieved. Another camera buried in the track will reveal the distortion of the tyres.
