(United Press Assn—Telegraph Copyright.) (Rec. 5.5 p.m.) London, August 11. Mr T. Campbell Black, who abandoned his attempt to break the record for a flight from England to Cape Town, returned from Cairo in 12 hours 15 minutes, despite bad weather. He hopes to make a fresh attempt on the record next week.
