ACCIDENTS & FATALITIES
FOUND SHOT. (Per United Press Association.) Wellington, July 19. John James Beattie Craig, unemployed, who has been missing from his home at Paekakariki since Wednesday, was found lying dead 300 yards away with a wound in his head and a shotgun beside the body. Deceased, aged 47, borrow-ed a shotgun and three rounds of ammunition and went out, saying to his wife he was going to have a shot at some rabbits.
