UNDISCHARGED BANKRUPT. ACTING AS MANAGER. (Per United Press Association.) Napier, June 17. The first prosecution in the Dominion under Section 149 of the Companies’ Act was heard by Mr Miller, S.M., when H. W. N. Shaw was charged with acting as manager of the Napier, Gisborne, and Palmerston Rubber Company while an undischarged bankrupt. Fines totalling £l5 were inflicted.
