A SOUND CURRENCY. (United Press Assn—Telegraph Copyright.) Paris, June 16, M. Henri Regnier in an article writes: “The franc, based on gold, guaranteed an imposing coverage. It is sound currency on which Britain and America should align their currencies. They should not expect from France a new and impossible devaluation.”
