By 13 goals to 1 the All India hockey team, probably the most efficient and smooth-running machine which has been evolved since the game became a science, defeated Southland at Rugby Park on Saturday. Approximately 5000 pepple watched the match which, if it did not provide the electricabthrills that were expected, was an education in team-work, ball control and deadly shooting.
