Comprehensive plans for the acceleration of mails between the Australian capital cities by means of high-speed aeroplanes have been prepared by the Postmaster-General (Senator McLachThe plans contemplate at least daily services in each direction between Brisbane and Sydney, between Sydney and Melbourne, between Melbourne and Adelaide, and between Melbourne and Hobart, and services in each direction twice or thrice weekly between Adelaide and Perth.
