BOGUS ADVERTISING AGENT.

Wellington, June 15. Twelve months’ hard labour was the sentence imposed by Mr Luxford, S.M., on Thomas Alfred Botterill, aged 31, who pleaded guilty yesterday to obtaining £45 14/- by fraudulently representing that orders obtained for advertisements in the Auckland Motorists’ Handy Guide were genuine ones.
