FRENCH MINISTER
DEATH FROM HEART FAILURE. (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) Paris, June 13. The Minister of Education, M. Marcombes, dropped dead from heart failure at the Presidential Palace while talking to his colleagues who were waiting to attend a Cabinet meeting. M. Laval summoned M. Marcombes s wife and broke the news to her, the meeting being postponed.
