BARNETT.—On June 13, 1935, at Ashburton, Phyllis Irene, dearly beloved daughter of Robert and Janet Barnett, “Aldersyde,” Saunders Road, Ashburton, and grand-daughter of Mrs G. Cranstoun, Edendale; aged 10| years. WHELAN.—At Mataura (suddenly), on Wednesday, 12th June, 1935, Denis, beloved husband of the late Catherine Whelan (late of Waimatuku). R.I.P. Private interment at Riverton Cemetery. —J. Fraser and Sons, Undertakers. 1762 EVANS.—At her residence, 275 Dee Street, Invercargill, on Thursday, 13th June, 1935, Amy, beloved wife of the late William Henry Evans; in her 73rd year.
