REBUILDING QUETTA
NEW ZEALANDER’S DEVICE.

A New Zealand architect, Mr R. W. de Montalk, has presented a device in connection with rebuilding operations in the earthquake country to the Government, which is impressed with its possibilities. It is likely to be used in the rebuilding of Quetta.
