(Rec. 5.5 p.m.) Rugby, June 7. Returns for the year ended September 30, 1934, show that during that period the aggregate length of registered films, exclusive of news-reels, etc., exhibited in cinematograph theatres in Britain was 36,256,000,000 feet compared with 34,100,000,000 feet in the previous year. The total length of British films exhibited was 8,460,000,000 feet or 26.1 per cent, of the whole, compared with 23.7 per cent, for the year previous. ,
