A CORRECTION.
To the Editor. Sir,—Permit me to correct two inaccuracies occurring in.your report of proceedings of the Magistrate’s Court at Riverton appearing in your issue of the 7th inst. , , , (1) The defendant in the defended action Philp and Dickson v. McDonough was John M. McDonough, not James McDonough. . (2) Cause for complaint arose and was reported four months after “maintenance period,” or seven months after completion, coincident with first boisterous weather advent of conditions, not “about twelve months later.”—l am, etc. j. m. McDonough.
