DISTRIBUTION OF PROFITS.
(Per United Press Association.) Wellington, June 7.
It was announced this evening by the Minister of Internal Affairs, the Hon. J. A. Young, that the profits from the Grand Art Union (No. 39) would be distributed as follows: Relief of distress 5500 Wellington City Mission 500 Society for Protection of Women and Children, Dunedin 200 New Zealand Red Cross Society (peace time activ- - ities for relief of distress) 200 Royal Humane Society, Christchurch 200 St. John Ambulance Association (Wellington) 200 New Zealand Naval Benevolent Fund 500 Total £7300
