APPOINTMENTS TO REGIMENTS.

The King has appointed the Princess Royal, Colonel in Chief of the Royal Corps of Signals; the Duke of Gloucester Colonel in Chief of the Gloucestershire Regiment and the Duchess of York Honorary Colonel of the London Scottish.
