Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the provisions of “The Trustee Act 1908” and under the Authority of an Order made by a Judge of the Supreme Court of New Zealand on the 12th day of February 1935 all creditors and others having claims against the Estate pf the above-named Peter Alexander MacGregor deceased (who died on the 19th day of March 1934 and of whose will John Lachlan McGillivray Watson of Invercargill Solicitor is the Executor wider Probate granted to him on the 11th day of April 1934) are required to send particulars in writing of their claims to the said Executor at the offices of the undersigned on or before the 10th day of March 1935 after which date the Executor will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased amongst the parties entitled thereto having regard only to the claims of which he shall have had notice.
