DETAILED PLANS COMPLETE.

(Rec. 5.5 p.m.) Rugby, January 25. It is understood detailed plans for the principal celebrations in connection with the jubilee on May 5 of the King’s accession to the Throne are now completed and the full programme will shortly be submitted for his Majesty’s approval. The programme has been drawn up by a committee consisting of members of Cabinet and the Lord Chamberlain, Earl Cromer. Reviews by the King of the three fighting services are included and a State ball will probably be held at Buckingham Palace during the celebrations.
