SUPREME COURT

SITTINGS FOR 1935. MOVEMENTS OF JUDGES. (Per United Press Association.) Wellington, January 26. The first sittings of the Supreme Court for, 1935 will commence in Wellington on . February 4, and in other circuits later in the month and in March.

Mr Justice Smith will preside in Wellington and then proceed to Napier, .where the session will commence on February 11. He will preside at Gisborne on February 19. The Chief Justice (Sir Michael Myers) will preside. at Palmerston North on February 5 and return to Wellington for the civil sittings in conjunction with Mr Justice Blair and Mr Justice Reed.

' Mr Justice Blair will go to the Wanganui and New Plymouth sessions, commencing on February 11 and 18 respectively. He will also preside at Blenheim and Nelson on March 12 and 19 respectively. Mr Justice Reed will be occupied with Prisons Board business, but will return to the Bench in Wellington early in February. A sitting of the Court of Appeal will commence on March 11, consisting of Sir Michael Myers and Justices Reed, Smith, Johnston and Fain
