COURT CHARGE FOLLOWS. PROBABILITY OF DESTRUCTION. (Per United Press Association.) Wellington, January 25. Expressing the, opinion that probably the dog would be destroyed, Mr Page, S.M., to-day adjourned for a week a charge against Maurice West of being the owner of an Alsatian dog which attacked a man in Clermont Grove. West pleaded guilty. The dog was running along with a car West was driving, sprang at E. J. Murray, the caretaker of the Victoria Bowling Club, and grabbed him ratherviciously, biting him on the arm.
