BAGPIPE MUSIC
PRINCE OF WALES AS COMPOSER. CEREMONIAL SLOW MARCH. (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) (Rec. 12.45 p.m.) London, February 24. The Daily Chronicle says his Royal Highness the Prince of Wales, after learning the bagpipes under the King’s piper, Pipe-Major Forsyth, has now composed pipe music, a slow march named Majorca, for ceremonies of the .changing of the Guard.
