The German Cabinet has approved important measures curtailing the independence of Nazi administrators in the various States, and increasing the central government’s authority. The Reich now controls the administration of justice throughout the states and provinces. The Nazi party has given greater power to local government administration. Cabinet has approved Dr Schachts bill reducing the bank interest rates in order to assist trade. Provision is made for Saar representation in the Reichstag.
