CHANGE-OVER EFFECTED. FAVOURABLE TO KING BORIS. (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) (Rec. 8.10 p.m.) Sofia, January 23. M. Gueorguieff’s Cabinet has resigned, and General Zlateff, War Minister, has formed a new Cabinet. The personnel indicates a victory for the supporters of King Boris, and a rebuff for Colonel Vetcheff, hitherto the driving force behind the regime which latterly has advocated the restricting of the King’s prerogative, and the vesting of power exclusively in the Ministers.
