THOMSONS’ PURE LOGANBERRY CORDIAL ITS DESCRIPTION AND USES. Very rich in natural colour. Very full in natural bouquet and flavour. Sweetened with No. 1 Pure Cane Sugar. Pasteurized and filled into sterilized hermetically-sealed bottles. No chemical flavouring. No saccharine. No preservatives. No artificial thickenings. No adulterations. Just pure fruit juice and pure refined cane sugar. ITS USES AND DIRECTIONS. PURE-FRUIT BEVERAGES. Add to one part of Thomsons’ Pure Loganberry eight parts of Thomsons’ Soda or cold plain filtered water, and mix thoroughly. WHOLE-FRUIT DESSERT JELLIES. * Only use half the prescribed amount of water, and make up the other half with Thomsons’ Pure Loganberry. This will considerably improve the colour and flavour. CAKE ICINGS. Mix your icing in the ordinary way and add Thomson’s Pure Loganberry until the desired colour is obtained. TRIFLES. Leave out the port wine or brandy and substitute Thomsons’ Pure Loganberry until the desired colour is obtained. ICE CREAM SUNDAES. Pour over the top of these Thomsons’ Pure Loganberry. It improves the flavour, colour, and general appearance. FRUIT COCKTAILS. Thomsons’ Pure Loganberry imparts a new flavour and colour to Fruit Cocktails, and improves the palatability. CLARET CUP. Make in the usual way, but with only half the amount of claret, and make up the other half of the claret with Thomsons’ Pure Loganberry. RUM AND LOGANBERRY.
