BRITISH PARLIAMENT
PROROGATION THIS WEEK. (British Official Wireless.) Rugby, November 12. It now appears certain that the work of the present session of Parliament will be brought to an end in time for the prorogation to take place on Friday, and the King will open the new session on November 20. If the final stages of the Betting Lotteries Bill are concluded to-morrow night a discussion will take place on Wednesday on the report of the commissioners who have been investigating the position of the depressed areas.
