RESERVED JUDGMENT DELIVERED. (Per United Press Association.) Wellington, June 8. An interesting question raised by an originating summons taken out by the Public Trustee as executor, was answered by his Honour Mr Justice Reed in reserved judgment delivered to-day. It was whether or not George Bryce, of Wellington, brother of the late Jeanie Boyd, of Marton, was entitled to interest accrued during her lifetime on moneys she had on deposit and which in her will she bequeathed to him. His Honour held that accrued interest did not pass to the brother.
