1940 OLYMPIC GAMES
JAPAN WANTS FIXTURE. (United Press Assn. —Telegraph Copyright.) (Rec. 6.35 p.m.) Tokio, April 7. The Olympic Assembly Committee has decided to make a determined effort to secure the 1940 Olympic Games here. It is planning to spend 5,000,000 yen in constructing the grounds.
