AMBASSADOR RETIRES
LORD TYRRELL FAREWELLED.

(Rec. 5.5 p.m.) Rugby, April 5. Lord Tyrrell, the retiring British Ambassador, was given a farewell reception at the British Embassy in Paris to-day, the British colony presenting him with a Morocco-bound book bearing his coat of arms and containing the names of subscribers to a number of farewell gifts.
