GREAT BRITISH SCHEME. Charles W. Hobson, Ltd., has been appointed to handle the big national electrical advertising campaign organized by the British Electrical Development Association (states the Newspaper World). The scheme has been in course of preparation for several months. As far back as last June it became known that the Central Electricity Board was planning to spend £lOO,OOO in popularizing the use of electricity. Under the new scheme the board is to provide the Electrical Development Association with a considerably larger income than it has enjoyed in the past, and the campaign has been described as “the largest of its kind ever undertaken in this country.”
