SIR WILLIAM HANNAY RAEBURN. (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) London, February 12. The death is announced of Sir William Hannay Raebum. Sir William Raeburn was born in 1850. He was an ex-president of the Chamber of Shipping of the United Kingdom, ex-chair-man of the Clyde Trust, chairman of Bulls Metal and Melloid Company, chairman of Henersburgh Workmen's Dwellings Company, and several other companies;
