SALE OF THOROUGHBREDS. NATIONAL THOROUGHBRED SALES NATIONAL THOROUGHBRED SALES TRENTHAM STABLES. TUESDAY, JANUARY 23, at 10 a.m. CATALOGUES for the Eighth Annual National Thoroughbred Sales are now available. The offering comprises:— 84—THOROUGHBRED YEARLINGS. 40—RACEHORSES IN TRAINING; BROOD MARES AND UNTRIED STOCK. The Yearlings from the Dominion’s leading studs are the highest in class yet submitted and represent all the leading sires as well as a collection of most promising high qualified youngsters by new sires. Included in the Second Catalogue to be submitted the same afternoon are nine horses in training on account of Mr Vivian Riddiford (who is temporarily retiring from racing), two horses in training on account of Mr W. R. Kemball, a collection of exceptionally well bred brood mares, and other racehorses and untried stock.
