ROYAL SHOW
ENTRIES BEING RECEIVED.
Entries for the forthcoming Royal Show are now being received by the Auckland A. and P. Association, and give a clear indication that it is going to maintain its very high standard in quanitty and quality of exhibits. When the entries finally close on January 19, it is expected that a new record will have been set for Royal Shows in New Zealand. Most of the outstanding animals are being entered for competition at the Royal, and will provide a source of keen interest to those engaged in the production of the various classes of stock. It is quite evident that, notwithstanding the difficult period that New Zealand has passed through, the farmers will not allow their national show of stud stock and primary products to be affected, and it is extremely gratifying to the association to find exhibitors making such a splendid effort in connection with the Royal. Special arrangements are being made to ensure that there is ample accommodation for a record entry.
